Drugs seized at fire scene

SOUTH STORMONT--on 24 March, at approximately 1, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario provincial police officers responded to a report by the house fire in a House on Elm Street, in the village of Ingleside.

Officers met with members of the fire brigade on the stage, prevailing fire was minor in nature.

Inspection of the residence permit, a suspected marijuana grow operation was located in the basement of the home Member State. Sixteen small plants and grow operation equipment such as lighting, and accessories were seized afterwards.

A 57-year-old woman from resident charged with production of a controlled substance.

She will be summonsed to appear in the Cornwall Court on 19 April.
